There are many uses for banner ads.  Many times webmasters will use these as part of a Google Adwords campaign, banner rotation program or simply to advertise there site on any other site in the world.  Banners have been around for many years and have been a standard in online advertising since there inception.  I very rarely use banner ads myself, but there is always that rare occasion where I need one and I need it yesterday, if you know what I mean.

Some people may prefer to use MS Paint, Photo Shop or any other graphics application to create their own banner images, but if you are looking to create a quick banner and don’t want to have to learn how to use a graphics editor, there are some online services that will help you do just that.
