If you start with you making 60,000 dollars a year from your website, then rewind in your head from there, what type of website would you have to have to do that, what type of customer serive would you need, how many empoyees would be needed.
These type of questions are the answers that you need to focus on early on. By thinking like this you can put methods and proceedures in place before you even start your business that will assure its success moving forward.
You will also want to invest in some filling folders as you are putting together your thought on different topics this is a great way to keep organized as you are going through such a massive amount of information and ideas.
